Submit a request to permanently delete your Mufungo POS cloud account and all associated store data on mobile or web.

Before You Submit
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Only the store owner can request full account deletion. This removes your cloud account, product catalog, sales history, staff PINs, and synced data across all devices. Export a backup from Settings before submitting if you need records for accounting or tax purposes.

What Happens Next
Verification
We verify that you are the registered store owner using the email and details provided.
Processing
Your account is deactivated immediately. Cloud data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Confirmation
You may receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Local device data must be cleared separately.
