Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Mufungo Geeks (Zimbabwe) for the Mufungo Football Hub app (package com.mufungogeeks.masports, also listed as MaSports Football Highlights) and for the pages at mufungogeeks.com/legal/mufungo-football-hub/.

By installing or using the app, or by using those pages, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy the app to sell it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or scrape it to build a competing service.

Highlights are embedded from YouTube. Mufungo does not host the video. Rights in the footage, commentary, and music stay with their owners. If a clip infringes your copyright, email support@mufungogeeks.com and we will remove the listing.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Club, competition, and broadcaster names used in the app are for identification only. Use of them does not mean those organisations sponsor or endorse Mufungo Football Hub.

Scores and fixtures are provided for information. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are not an official feed from a league or a betting service. Do not rely on them for wagers or for any decision where an error would matter.

Match data is supplied to us by football-data.org and stored for the app. Their coverage depends on the plan we use, so not every league in the world will appear.

The penalty game is entertainment. A high score is your best single run. You may publish a display name to the leaderboard. Do not use a name that impersonates someone else, includes someone else’s personal data, or is abusive. We may remove a name that breaks these terms.

A score saved only on your phone can be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. A published score can fail to appear if the network or our database rejects it.

The app is free and supported by Google ads. Banners can appear on screens. A full-screen ad can play before a highlight opens, after you have opened a few highlights. We can change how often ads appear.

Google’s and Apple’s store terms also apply to install and updates.

Do not use Mufungo Football Hub to:

• Break the law
• Interfere with the app, Firebase, YouTube, or other people’s devices
• Submit a penalty name that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive
• Copy highlights or scores in bulk for a competing product

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Highlights may be removed by YouTube. Scores may be late. The game may fail to save.

To the fullest extent allowed by Zimbabwe law, Mufungo Geeks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost scores or lost access to a video, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Mufungo Football Hub in the three months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid us.

Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Courts in Zimbabwe may hear disputes, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.
