These terms cover the Android app Four In A Row - Multiplayer (package com.mufungogeeks.fourinarow), distributed on Google Play. By installing or playing, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Mufungo Geeks gives you a license to use the app for personal, non-commercial play. This license is only for you. It is not a sale of the app.

The game is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be error-free, that a match will finish, or that a feature will stay available.

Online play needs a connection. It can fail or be interrupted.

If one player leaves an online room, the room closes.

Do not use cheats, exploits, or modified clients. Do not use an offensive name.

We can remove a leaderboard name or refuse online play for abuse.

Virtual coins, lives, and themes have no real-world value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.

Purchases are made through Google Play. Prices can change on Google Play.

Purchases already made stay subject to Google Play’s refund rules. Refunds are handled by Google Play, not inside the game.

A life is spent on bot games. A life is not spent on local pass-and-play or online games.

We can change, suspend, or stop the game, features, or balances.

To the extent allowed by law, Mufungo Geeks is not liable for loss or damage from using or being unable to use the game, including interrupted online play, lost progress, or a lost restore code.

You are responsible for your device, your Play account, and your restore code.
